All possessions, goods and chattels at the address of [ADDRESS AND POSTCODE] are the sole owned property of [NAME, ADDRESS IF DIFFERENT]

I further make this solemn declaration under Section 7 of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835 believing the same to be true.

This document is delivered addressed to the designated officer of the court by Royal Mail recorded delivery service pursuant to section 14(1)(2) of the MCA 1980.

DECLARED AT: ________________________

The legislation is correct, there are both the 2013 and 2014 regulations - the 2014 deals with fees.

Its pre-2014, an interpleader claim is an official route. http://www.dealingwithbailiffs.co.uk/ba ... mplate.htm
